The Precision Parts Division procures and supplies high-precision, functional parts created using advanced technology for a wide range of fields, including home appliances, office equipment, IT-related, medical, and automotive applications.
We also recognize that environmental issues are a major challenge facing all of humanity, and are fulfilling our social responsibilities as a company by constantly improving the environmental impact of our products.
We take responsibility as a party involved in manufacturing, and continue to work with a consistent attitude from meetings to product supply.
We work in cooperation with group companies such as Aoi Kiko Co., Ltd., a cutting factory, and Sanei Seisakusho, a forging factory, to pursue a stable supply from new planning and development to prototyping and mass production.
At the R&D Center, technical engineers utilize cutting machines to perform test cuts, prototypes, and small lot production, achieving short delivery times.
Furthermore, our SQE team, which is made up of personnel certified in ISO 9001, ISO/IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3, fully supports quality control and ensures a stable production system.

In the Precision Parts Division, audits are carried out by an SQE team consisting of personnel qualified in ISO/IATF16949 and VDA6.3.Certified domestic and overseas partner factories are subject to regular audits using the Sanko Network Supplier Panel.
We conduct regular audits of certified domestic and overseas partner factories using the Sanko Network "Supplier Panel."
We have built a network of various partner factories to supply parts, including those that handle cutting, heading, formers, presses, forging, springs, screws, insert molding, injection molding, ceramic processing, CFRP processing, resin processing, casting, die casting, titanium processing, and JIS Q 9100 controlled parts.

Development and processing proposals by the R&D Center, and quick delivery of prototypes
The R&D Center (Research and Development) is a department that boldly challenges itself to develop new technologies and construction methods, without being bound by conventional techniques or thinking.
With an eye on future markets, we are working to develop new fields and markets, and we are also rapidly producing prototypes using the CNC cutting machines owned by the Center.
Furthermore, we are actively working on new processing technologies such as test cutting, and provide cutting-edge technical support.
Quality support through SQE
In the SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) department, the SQE team, which is made up of personnel qualified in ISO 9001, ISO/IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3, audits and manages the quality systems of partner companies, and provides monitoring and support for these audits.
We also provide strong support for quality assurance, helping to build a stable production system.
This department is responsible for the quality of parts procured from partner companies and the quality control system.
Typically, SQEs belong to the purchasing department, but at our company, we place importance on direct connections with customers, so we have them in the sales department.
